Welcome! I'm Rita Fraser, a REALTOR® Nanaimo residents trust for honest advice, local expertise, and exceptional service. Whether you're looking to buy a home in Nanaimo, sell your current property, relocate to Vancouver Island, or build a long-term investment portfolio, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Selling and buying real estate is all about new beginnings. Born and raised in Dartmouth Nova Scotia, my first new beginning took me to B.C. in 2006 where I began working as a flight attendant. Through travel, my undying Maritimer outlook flourished and I built a strong reputation for my kind and responsive approach in meeting people’s needs.
As a Vancouver Island Real Estate Agent specializing in residential real estate Nanaimo, I help buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. My approach combines local knowledge, clear communication, and personalized service to ensure every client feels informed and supported throughout the process.
From North Nanaimo and Departure Bay to Cedar, Lantzville, Parksville, and Qualicum Beach, I proudly help clients discover the communities that best fit their lifestyle and goals, I’d love to be your expert guide. New beginnings are what I do well.
When I’m not dealing in real estate you can find me adventuring around Vancouver Island with my family and dogs.
